Pricing: define the scope before the amount

SpotFactory’s production prices and commercial terms are not yet confirmed. This page therefore publishes no amount, tax rate or package allowance. You can still prepare a useful budget by describing the script, production work, versions and intended usage. Keep media spending separate. The local briefing does not provide a quotation or complete a purchase; the generator and checkout are planned.

What a meaningful production offer needs to explain

A price only becomes useful when you know what it covers. List whether you need the initial concept, scriptwriting, voice direction, music selection, mixing and preparation of delivery files. Say what you already have and whether it has been approved. A finished script supplied by an agency is a different starting point from a broad campaign idea. The future SpotFactory offer must confirm its own scope before any of these stages can be described as included.

Count decisions, not imaginary allowances

Identify the versions you actually need: an opening message, a reminder, a different location or another language. Record what changes between them. Ask how revisions after approval will be treated and what would constitute a new production request. No particular number of versions or corrections is promised here. A precise version list makes later proposals easier to assess and helps prevent a short quotation from appearing complete simply because its omissions are unclear.

Currency and usage must match the project

This international English page does not select a country or currency for you. The applicable currency, tax treatment and payment terms must come from a confirmed offer for the relevant market. Do not convert a foreign listing and treat the result as a SpotFactory price. Equally, do not infer usage rights from the amount alone: territories, media and campaign period need to be defined alongside the deliverables.

Costs outside the production scope

Radio airtime and other advertising placements belong to the media plan. Music permissions and specialist language review may also need separate handling, depending on the agreed service. Name the party responsible for each item before committing to a campaign. SpotFactory’s briefing currently helps organise the project locally; its audio engine, checkout, export options and rights terms remain planned or unconfirmed. There is no personalised audio preview or purchasable production package in this preparation step.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no starting price?

A starting price would imply a confirmed offer and scope. Those details remain open, so this page explains how to prepare the request without inventing a commercial promise.

What should I bring to a pricing discussion?

Bring the intended markets, media, campaign period, script status and version list. Add the recipient’s delivery requirements and identify who will approve creative and factual changes.

You can reach a person by email if you need to clarify the versions your campaign requires. Describe the intended use and the decisions still open before comparing confirmed pricing items.

Generator prices will be published at launch. All prices exclude statutory VAT.
